AMANA & AUDIFINA – new and strong partnership for ESEF and XBRL projects

With more than 40 employees, the largest Lithuanian capital audit and accounting company works daily on analyzing the changing environment, recognizing opportunities and thus facilitating its clients' work.
The Cooperation with AMANA and access to its quality solutions will enable us to deliver additional services to our clients in the Baltics, automating the consolidation process and creating XBRL financial reports. The current cooperation focuses on the ESEF and iXBRL solutions, the XBRL Tagger and the disclosure management system SmartNotes.
As of 2020, the European Securities Markets and Authority (ESMA) requires all issuers on EU regulated markets to prepare annual reports in the iXBRL and XHTML format. All listed companies are therefore obliged to extend the XBRL standard and to create annual reports with machine-readable information.
ESEF Plug and Play with XBRL Tagger
Our stand-alone solution XBRL Tagger allows users to convert the report to the required format without the need for a software implementation process or specific technical knowledge. The conversion of any MS Word, PDF, HTML or InDesign document, supports the quick and easy operation of the standalone XBRL Tagger.
The XBRL Tagger is also available as an integrated process solution within our disclosure management software SmartNotes. This software increases the efficiency in the preparation of annual reports and iXBRL reports and helps you to implement a valid ESEF reporting. The complete end-to-end process from the first data import to the ready-to-print layout for publication significantly simplifies the annual report preparation process.
