AMANA joins the LucaNet Group

After many years of successful partnership in the area of Disclosure Management, LucaNet and AMANA are embarking on a joint path into the future.

We are pleased to announce that from now on, we will continue our history of success and growth as part of the LucaNet Group. LucaNet is an international provider of Corporate Performance Management for Finance, with solutions for consolidation, planning, and reporting – and a long-standing strategic partner of AMANA. Our joining the LucaNet Group is now the next step in further deepening our cooperation and expanding our success internationally and thus represents an important milestone in our companies' global growth strategy

The LucaNet Group will also benefit from our wide range of innovative solutions and, with the areas of Tax Reporting and Tax Solutions, will gain a strong and sustainable line of business in which we have been able to establish a market-leading role as an innovation leader and trusted technical expert for many years.

Successful cooperation – big goals

We have been working closely with LucaNet since 2015, particularly in the area of Disclosure Management. Among the solutions we offer our customers are tools such as SmartNotes and XBRL-Tagger. They complement LucaNet's solutions for consolidation, planning, and reporting with extensive functions for business and financial reporting and digital transmission.  

Also, in the area of ESG reporting, which will occupy many medium-sized companies and corporations in the coming years, we can already look back on a successful collaboration. Since last year, we have been offering a simple, fast, and secure ESG solution, which we will now continue to expand at full speed.
